Conveyance: Nether Worton and Sandford (Oxfordshire)

Description

Conveyance in trust by Godith Bulstrode, widow, to Robert Middlemore, John Cupper, esquires, Richard Middlemore, Michael Nasshe, gents., and William Nasshe, upon the marriage of her daughter Anne with Thomas Nasshe [Nash] of the site of the Manor or chief messuage of Nether Worton, co. Oxon., in which the said Godith now dwells, together with one garden, one dovehouse, and two other messuages, two gardens and eight yardlands in Nether Worton, whereof one messuage was late in the tenure of one John Rymyll now deceased and the other is called Darrets, together with eight closes of pasture all which are lying in the town and fields of Nether Worton and now in the occupation of the said Godith - also three other messuages, three gardens and four yards and half of land in the town and fields of Tew Magna [Great Tew], whereof one messuage and three yard lands are now or lately were in the tenure of Edmund Bere, and one other yard land thereof is now or lately was in tenure of Robert Whiting and one messuage and half yardland thereof are now or lately were in tenure of Elizabeth Buknell, widow; and other lands in le Grove in the parish of Sandforde, co. Oxon.; to hold to the use of the aforesaid Thomas Nasshe and Anne his wife and the heirs of Anne. Witnesses: William Bond, Richard Parsons, Edmund Mannyng, John Sleymaker, John Maynard, Walter Bere, William Rymyll, Richard Whytley, Adam Russell, Francis Tayler, Edward Clemens? and Allyn Standard?
