Covenant between Thomas Wheatley Hiron of Warwick, surgeon and Henry Jephson of Leamington Priors, doctor of medicine, and Henry Thomas Chamberlayne of Stoney Thorpe, esq., whereby the said Thomas Wheatley Hiron agrees to produce title deeds relating to property in West Street in the parish of St. Mary Warwick part of which had been purchased by the said Thomas Wheatley Hiron from the said Henry Jephson and Henry Thomas Chamberlayne. Schedule of the deeds 1758-1844 appended. Signed by Thomas Wheatley Hiron. Witness: George Moore, solicitor, Warwick. Seal cut away in cancellation.
