Agreement made between Mary Hiron of Wootton Wawen, widow and administratrix of Robert Hiron of Alveston, farmer, deceased, and Isaac Lawrence of Watling Street, London, warehouse keeper, and Samuel Hiron of Campden, co. Gloucester, surgeon, executors named in the Will of William Hiron of Alveston, gent. deceased, and Henry Hiron of Stratford-upon-Avon, seedsman, whereby the parties agreed to submit the differences arising between them concerning the settlement of the estate of the said Robert Hiron to the arbitration of Thomas Heydon of Warwick, gent. and Thomas Blayney of Evesham co. Worcester gent., and in case of difference between these, to the determination of John Byrkin Bellamy of Shipston-upon-Stour, gent. Signed by the parties.
