Description
Papers in case in Exchequer of Pleas between Thomas Burrows, plaintiff, and William Burrows, defendant, re possession of a cottage and premises enclosed from the waste. Thomas Burrows, the elder, son of Thomas and Mary, née Lester, the heiress of the family, who built, claims possession from his younger brother who lived with their mother in cottage until her death and still lives there.
