Lease from Thomas Throkmerton' esq., Thomas Groswold' esq., John Kyng' of Ouerton and John Merston' of London, goldsmith, to John Russell' of Northefelde of lands and tenements with meadows, pastures, and feedings in Nothefeld' called Grouaheletand;
to hold for 99 years, rendering annually 11s. to the said John Merston; the said John Russell' to have sufficient housebote and haybote.

Dated on the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary, 35 Henry VI.
