Bargain and Sale and Feoffment from Robert Turner of Church Tysoe [Middle Tysoe], labourer, and Mary, his wife, to John Harris of Church Tysoe, labourer, and Ann his wife, daughter of the said Robert and Mary being a Settlement upon the Marriage of the said John and Ann, of a newly erected house made from the outbuildings etc. of a messuage and premises (ER3/4665) formerly belonging to William Cotterel of Church Tysoe, deceased, all of which premises were left. by him to the said Robert and Mary by his Will dated 8 February 1761. To hold to the said John and Ann and their heirs for ever. Signed by John Harris and the marks of Robert Turner, Mary Turner and Ann Harris. Four seals.
