Affidavit of William Welch Lea of Henley-in-Arden, gentleman, concerning a mortgage deed of 23 and 24 June 1825 (no. DR 422/62) in which Hannah Ingram had been mistakenly described as Anne Ingram and who, following her sisters' deaths was now solely entitled to the principal and interest.
