Description
Bond from Henry Baughan, Newbold, Worcs., labourer, to Thomas Halford, Alderminster to secure £250, with further covenant of even date to secure further by raising mortgage on lands at Pillerton Hersey devised to Baughan under the will of his grandfather Richard Walton. Endorsed 13 January 1854 with discharge of said £250.
