Abstract of title (1877) of Clement Paine to three messuages nos. 50-52, Henley Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, commencing with an indenture, dated 6 July 1857, from Ann Ashwin of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, to Thomas Wight of Edgbaston, esq., John Ebourne Rich of Bearley, esq., and John Farmer of Hunt End, co. Staffs., esq. (trustees of the Stourbridge and Kidderminster Banking Company); and ending with a conveyance, dated 10 March 1874, between Charles Williams and Charles E. Martin of the first part, Zaccheus Walker of Birmingham, esq. of the second part, James Coucher of Worcester, esq., and Joseph Johnson of Cheltenham, co. Glos., esq. (three other directors of the said company) of the second part, and Clement Paine of Stratford-upon-Avon, furniture dealer, of the third part.
