Description

Release by Francis Feilde, alias Paynter, of Blackwell in Tardebigg, co. Warw., yeoman, son and heir of Humfrey Feilde alias Paynter and Elizabeth his wife, deceased, to Henry Sheward of Stoney Lane in Tardebigg, yeoman, of a messuage etc. in the tenure of Robert Bromfeild in Kinges Norton, co. Worc., a close of 3 acres called Woodcroft and a close of 6 acres called Dunnes Moore, adjoining lands of William Myddlemore, gent., William Justice, Christopher Bell, Thomas Becke and Robert Gower, all being in Kinges Norton in a place called Wrednall yelde, and charged with a rent of 2 s. 8d. to the chief lord of the fee; the said Henry at the request of the said Francis having joined him in conveying a close called Lowe Feild to Christopher Bell, and a leasowe called Whitstones to William Newey, which they held together with the messuage, etc. as above in co-parceny. Witnesses: Robert Gower, Francis Westwood, John Sheward, Richard Bromfeild, William Newey, Christopher Bell and John Tyrer.
