Draft Conveyance from Arthur Bowyer of Cotwalton in Stone, co. Stafford, farmer and William Bowers of Hilderston [Hilderstone], co. Stafford, farmer, Devisees in Trust for sale under the Will of Thomas Kinersly of Stretton-upon-Fosse then of Cotwalton, farmer, deceased, with the consent and direction of James Cramer the younger of Stafford, gent., to William Gibbs of Ditchford in Blockley co. Worcester, farmer, and William Allen of Shipston, scrivener, his trustee, of the Manor of Stretton-upon-Fosse with all messuages, lands, rights and appurtenances and all lands of the said Thomas Kinersley, in Stretton-upon-Fosse excepting certain land forming part of the Stratford and Moreton rail road. Consideration: £2,200. Also Assignment from Thomas Parry of Shipston-upon-Stour co. Worcester, gent., at the request and direction of the said Devisees in Trust and the said James Cramer, and on the nomination of the said William Gibbs to Frederick Francis Findon of Shipston-on-Stour gent. in trust to repay a Mortgage of £1,600 upon the said property to the Rev. Holford Cotton, of Adderbury, co. Oxford, clerk, and to wait upon the inheritance of the said premises. [Gibbs]
