Staffs., widow, of the fourth part, William Scrubey the elder of Snitterfield, yeoman, of the fifth part, and John Lane of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of the sixth part; and ending with a mortgage, dated 25 August 1862, between John Lane of the first part, William Scrubey of the second part, and Henry Bursell of Kenilworth, coal-merchant, and William Hiorns of Church Honeybourne, co. Worcs., farmer, of the third part.
