Settlement on the marriage of Robert Vyner of Lincoln's Inn, esquire, and Laura Glover, daughter of the late Phillipps Glover, esquire, of Upper Fitzroy Street, St. Pancras, Middlesex, being a conveyance from Rebecca Glover, widow of the said Phillipps Glover, and Robert Vyner of Gotby, Lincolnshire, sole executor of Robert Vyner, esquire, deceased, his father, who was one of the executors of the said Phillipps Glover, to Robert Vyner of Lincoln's Inn, in consideration of an annual payment of £250 to be paid to the said Rebecca Glover and an additional £150 p.a. during her widowhood, of the manor of Wispington, Lincolnshire, in the occupation of ------ Garrat, widow, lands in Wispington now in the tenure of William Kirby, a farmhouse and lands in Wispington now in the tenure of George Bramley, a farmhouse and lands in Wispington now in her tenure of Widow Teale and also the rectory of Wispington with the glebe lands, tenths, tithes and hereditaments and all the lands of which the said Laura is tenant according to the will of her father; £100 of the rents and profits to be paid to the said Laura; the rents and profits to remain to the use of the said Robert Vyner of Lincoln's Inn and on his death to the use of his wife to be held in trust for their children.
