Draft conveyance by Samuel Amos the elder, Evesham, hop merchant, George Ebenezer Knight the elder, Wolverhampton, seedsman, John Oldaker, Church Salford, Warks., maltster and John Edwards, Fladbury, Worcs., maltster, to George Ebenezer Knight the younger, Wolverhampton, seedsman for £125 of cottage, orchard and backside in Harvington in occupation Moses Jones. Reciting 1 2 June 1835 Mortgage by George Ebenezer Knight the elder to Samuel Amos for £100. 14 Nov 1837 Agreement between Samuel Amos and Messrs. Oldaker and Edwards for purchase of premises for £125 which paid but no conveyance made.
