Appointment by William Gest, kinsman and heir of William Cutte of Alueley, of William Merston' as attorney to enter a messuage and virgate of land in Alueley called Cuttes lond' which formerly belonged to the said William Cutte and which is now in the tenure of Isold his wife and which property descends to the said William Gest on the death of the said Isold, entry to be made after the death of the said Isold.

Dated on the feast of St. Edward King and Confessor [depositio] 11 Edward IV.
