Post nuptial settlement dated 28 April 1871 between Ambrose Glover, Stratford-upon-Avon, gardener and Martha his wife (formerly Martha Allibone, widow) conveying the Old Thatch Tavern, Stratford-upon-Avon to trustees (Robert Robins Fletcher, Stratford-upon-Avon, bank manager and John Bunn, Stratford-upon-Avon, butcher) for the benefit of said Ambrose and Martha for their lives and after death of survivor to sell, pay £10 to Elders of church meeting in Scholars Lane and residue among surviving nephews, nieces and great nephew of said Martha, the premises in question being her residuary legacy under the will of her late father William Wincote the elder, Alveston, yeoman, who died in 1861. 1877-1878. Papers relating to sale and division of proceeds by John Bunn, surviving Trustee - both Ambrose and Martha having died.
