Preston Bagot

Description

Covenant between Robert Randoll of Preston Bagot, yeoman, son of Elizabeth Randoll of the same, widow, and his brothers, John Randoll, citizen and grocer of London, and William Randoll of Lincolns Inn, co. Middx., esq., of the one part, and Clement Tibbatts of Rowington, tanner, and John Holmes of Henley-in-Arden, tanner, of the other part, to levy a fine of a messuage and lands at Hazelholt Green and Preston Bagot (as in no. 532) in consideration of an intended marriage between Robert Randoll and Elizabeth daughter of Clement Tibbatts; which fine shall be in favour of Clement Tibbatts and John Holmes but to the use of Robert Randoll for life, with remainder to his intended wife, should she survive him, and then to their issue.
