Lease from Edward, Lord Leigh to Mrs Frances Hughes, of messuage and lands in Chalgrove, Bedfordshire, to indemnify her against the payment of an annuity of £40 chargeable on an estate conveyed to her by the said lord Leigh, which he had by descent from Charles Leigh. the estate in question being a mansion house formerly in the occupation of Dame Arabella Oxenden, together with 5 acres of pasture and 4 acres of arable in Hoddesdon, co.
