Marriage Settlement between Joseph Hemings, Stratford-upon-Avon, mason and Susannah Taylor, daughter of Thomas Taylor of Hartlebury, Worcs., gent., whereby premises were assigned to Trustees Joseph Taylor, Hartlebury, gent., one of the sons of said Thomas Taylor and Joseph Gibbs, Stratford-upon-Avon, feltmaker, to use of John Hemings for 30 years (or until death) with remainder to Joseph Hemings for life, Susannah Taylor for life, with remainder to their assigns, charged with payment of shares of rents and profits to children at 21 or marriage.
