Mortgage from Josiah Barnett of Warwick, liquor merchant, and Edward Middleton of Pinley, farmer (devisees in trust under the will of William Preston late of Claverdon, yeoman) and Sarah Bloxsidge of Long Itchington, widow (daughter of the said William Preston) to Job Brown of Warwick, whitesmith (reciting the will of William Preston, dated 21 March 1811), of a messuage now divided into three tenements and two closes of meadow and other lands (described) in Claverdon, conveyed to William Preston by John Biddle on 6-7 October 1786.
