Agreement that Edward Palmer of Oxford, butcher, and Anne his wife, for £50 paid to them by John Halford of Hillborough in Temple Grafton, gentleman, shall acknowledge (with others) to trustees of the said John Halford a fine upon a messuage in Bidford called Martens tenement, now in the tenure of Stephen Milward, three cottages adjoining in the tenures of William Watkins, William Carpenter and John Suter, and an acre of land in Bidford in the tenure of the said Stephen Milward; to hold by way of mortgage.
