28 November 1903 Probate of the will (25 September 1901) of Hannah Timms, Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, granted to the executors and trustees Albert Ernest Howard Smith (son of deceased), Frank Gibbs, solicitor and Charles William Davis, solicitor's clerk. To son: Albert Ernest Howard Smith: premises at No. 1 Tyler Street, with all contents; interest in business as painter, plumber and glazier, money in bank. Residue of real and personal estate to trustees to sell and divide equally among testatrix's sons William Seymour Smith, Harry Herbert Smith and Francis Sambadge Smith. If any predecease mother leaving issue, then children take their father's share. Encl: 23 May 1895 Memorandum of deposit of the deeds to secure bank account with Metropolitan Bank by Hannah Timms, No. 13 Evesham Road, wife of Thomas Timms. Deeds relate to Tyler Street premises, 1835-1889.
