Lease from Richard Lane of Bridgetown in Alveston, esquire, and Edward Lane, his son and heir apparent, to Thomas Brown the elder of Alveston, husbandman, Francis his wife and Thomas Browne the younger, their son, for £45, of a messuage and 1 1/4 yardlands of arable, meadow and pasture in Alveston and Tiddington in the tenure of the said Thomas Browne the elder; to hold the same for the lives of the said lessees at an annual rent of 40 shillings.
