Feoffment by John Stratford, rector of Great Comberton, co. Worcs., and John Barnard, of Stratford upon Avon, baker, to Thomas Swayn of Stratford, husbandman, and Elizabeth his wife, daughter of Joan Stratford of Stratford, widow, of half a burgage in `Shepn Strete' Stratford, between two tenements of the warden of St. Thomas the Martyr at Stratford, lately had by the feoffers from the same Thomas Swayn. Witnesses: John Clopton, chief bailiff, of Stratford, John Eyres and John Gylbert, Constables, William Bery and Robert Iremonger, under-bailiffs, Reginald Flecher, William Weuer.
