Feoffment by John Stratford, rector of Great Comberton, co. Worcs., and John Barnard, of Stratford upon Avon, baker, to Thomas Swayn of Stratford, husbandman, and Elizabeth his wife, daughter of Joan Stratford of Stratford, widow, of half a burgage in `Shepn Strete' Stratford, between two tenements of the warden of St. Thomas the Martyr at Stratford, lately had by the feoffers from the same Thomas Swayn.
