Spernall deed
Description
Arbitration of Henry Lane and John Smith in a dispute between Robert Throckmorton of Coughton esq. pl. and Thomas Feelde of Spernall def. concerning the claim by the said Thomas to trees growing on a `pitt banke' between their lands in the tenure of Richard Wallforde called New Inne Growndes, which trees had been lopped by the said Thomas and caused the dispute. It was decided that the trees belonged to Robert Throckmorton and the said Thomas was to make reparation to him.
