Description

Exchange between Sir John Throckmorton of Buckland, Berks. bart. and Thomas Brettell of Summerhill in Kingswinford, Staffs. gent. and others, whereby the said Sir John conveyed to the said Thomas a parcel of land inclosed from Picklewell Park near the village in Chaddesley, now used as a road from the turnpike road from Bromsgrove to Kidderminster to the mansion house called Brockencote, formerly the residence of John FIDKIN esq. deceased, but then of the said Thomas Brettell, in exchange for a parcel of land formerly part of the road from the said turnpike road to the said messuage, no longer used as a road, and land into Picklewell Park.
