Draft heads of agreement between Joseph Hill (Receiver of Lord Leigh's estate) and James Toldervey of Leominster, Herefordshire. re leases of Cook House Farm and the Nook House Farm, Little Leigh. If canal passes through land, Toldervey to have 8 years purchase of the money paid to Lord Leigh by canal proprietors.
