Description
Lease for 99 years from Sir Charles Yate of Buckland, Berks. bart. son and heir of Sir John Yate of the same deceased to Dame Mary Yate, widow of the said Sir John, of a piece of land called Friers Meade [in Stepney] to save the said Mary harmless from mortgages of the said Sir Charles and Dame Mary Yate charged on messuages called Mountsell and Perks and other messuages etc. in Cakebole in Chaddesley Corbett, and on the manor of Moor Hall in Belbroughton, with lands etc. in the same and in Droitwich, which money the said Sir Charles had used towards breaching the wall of the Isle of Dogges against the R. Thames.
