Edward Leigh, son and heir of Thomas, Lord Leigh, and William Webb, Hamstall Ridware, gent., for the lease for 21 years of the manor house and grounds in Hamstall Ridware in the tenure of William Webb and house and land in the tenure of John Cox the undertenant, at £220 p.a. Terms as to repairs of house and reservation of the Great Hall and parlour and end of manor house next the church for Lord Leigh and his lady.
