Fetherston of Packwood deeds and papers

Description

Demise by Richard Conyngesby, Ralph Meredythe, and John Tayler, reciting that Alice Conygesby widow and Humphrey Conyngesby, her son and heir apparent, by charter dated 8 March, 10 Henry VIII (1518-19) demised to Thomas Federstone of Packwode the capital messuage there and the pasture called Whomefeld, another called la Ryecrofte, another called in Brodcrofte, and another called the Lyghtfelde, with a grove at its head, for 61 years, rendering yearly 31s. 4d., which is herewith confirmed.

Dated 12 March, 10 Hen. VIII.
