Gift with warranty from Roger son of Robert the Miller (molendinarii) of Coventr' to Sir Nicholas lord de Segrave of 2s.0 1/2 d. annual rent in Coventr' which the said Roger used to receive quarterly as follows:- from the tenement which Robert the Wheelwright (Rotarius) held in `magno vico parci' [Much Park Street] 12 pence; from the tenement which Nicholas at the Gate (ad Barram) held next the Gate in the same street 12 pence; and from the tenement which Peter de Egesfeld held in the lane which leads from Much Park Street to the Park next the curtilage of Richard de Westone, a halfpenny, payable annually at Easter.
