Gift from William Norton, Christopher Waren, Cuthbert Joynor, William Jeynense, John Mordocke the younger, William Bailye the younger, and Thomas Ryley, all of the city of Coventr', drapers, to Thomas Gregorie of the city of Coventr', gent., of a messuage with garden, and a furlong (quatronam) of land with appurtenances in his occupation in Stichall, situated opposite the cemetery between land of Christ's College, Cambridge, on the east and land of the said Thomas Gregorie on the west and south; to hold the same of the chief lords of the fee subject to an annual payment of 16 shillings to the use of the Master and Company of Drapers in Coventr'. Appointment of Edward Pell of Coventr', draper, and John Barowe of Stichall, yeoman, as attorneys to deliver seisin. Dated: 20 January, 2 and 3 Philip and Mary.
