Gift with warranty from Thomas Gilbard' of Hulle and Margery his wife, to Thomas son of Richard Jones of Hulle, of one messuage in Hulle with a curtilage adjacent and one half virgate of arable land in the fields of Hulle with meadows, headlands, and all other appurtenances; which messuage lies between the tenement of Philip Jones and the tenement of Thomas de Thorndon', and all which property the said Margery had by hereditary right of her father; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Thomas de Fynham, Alexander de Schyrford', Philip Jones, John de Braundon', Walter de Stonleye, clerk, and others.
