Description

Gift with warranty from Thomas Gilbard' of Hulle and Margery his wife, to Thomas son of Richard Jones of Hulle, of one messuage in Hulle with a curtilage adjacent and one half virgate of arable land in the fields of Hulle with meadows, headlands, and all other appurtenances; which messuage lies between the tenement of Philip Jones and the tenement of Thomas de Thorndon', and all which property the said Margery had by hereditary right of her father; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Thomas de Fynham, Alexander de Schyrford', Philip Jones, John de Braundon', Walter de Stonleye, clerk, and others. Dated at Hulle Kynges, Sunday next before the feast of St. Dunstan the Bishop, 20 Edward III. Two seals on tags; circular, brown; both indecipherable. Endorsed: i) Kyngghull' ii) Hull' Kinges. Tho.
