Description

Indenture tripartite between William Fetherston the elder of Packewoode, yeoman, of the 1st part, Reginald Broome, esq., of Woodlowe, Robert West of Warwick, gent., William Hopkins of Warwick, yeoman, and John Bennett of Rowington of the 2nd part, and William Fetherston the younger of the 3rd part, witnessing that the said William Fetherston had granted to the said Reginald etc. in trust for his son William, his messuages etc. in Warwick and Hampton in Arden, Bentley Heathe in Solihull late in the tenure of Barnabe Holbache, messuages in Coventry in Sheepe and Spone Streets, and messuages in Daventrye and Stoneleye. Witnesses John Fetherston, Thomas Lucas, John Fetherston and Nicholas Britton. Dated 10 April, 42 Eliz. Seal lost.
