Draft release by Thomas Frederick Green, London, esq., and Hon. Cassandra Julia Green his wife (which said Cassandra Julia was one of younger children of Rt. Hon. Martin Bladen, Lord Hawke and Cassandra his wife) to James Henry Leigh, Stoneleigh, esq., only surviving executor of Rev. Thomas Leigh of Stoneleigh and Adlestrop, of trusts arising from the Marriage Settlement, 1 February 1771 of Martin Bladen Hawke (later Lord Hawke) and Cassandra Turner, whereby £20,000 3 percnt; stock was vested in trustees for benefit of younger children. Recitals 1774: Trustees raised £6,000 and laid out upon a mortgage of the estates of the Duke of Leinster in Ireland. 12 July 1793: M/S Cassandra Julia Hawke and Samuel Estwick the younger, whereby £6,000, part of £20,000, settled on her after death of parents. Dec 1796 : Death of Estwick s.p. 1798 : Cassandra Julia Estwick m. Stephen Sloane who dsp 1820 : M/S Cassandra Julia Sloane, widow and Thomas Frederick Green, whereby £6,000 assigned to trustees. Assignment of even date releases mortgage term to Greens and trustees in lieu of £6,000 under M/S.
