Stafford, 20 messuages, 10 cottages, 2 water mills, 20 gardens, 20 orchards, 500 acres of land, 200 acres of meadow, 1,000 acres of pasture, 200 acres of wood, 200 acres of heath, 20 acres of marsh land and free warren in Hampstall Ridware, Rowley [Rowley Regis] and Agarsley alias Agardsley [Agardsley] and 2 parks called Rowley and Ridware together with the advowson of the church of Hampscall Ridware, all in co.
