Counterpart of a deed between Francis Fetherston of Shoestocke, gent., of the first part, John Fetherston of Packwood, esq., of the second part, and William Fetherston of Studley, gent., and John Price of Lapworth, yeoman, of the third part, to suffer and lead the uses of a recovery for the lands etc. in Packwood described in no. 28.
