Bond of Thomas Fetherston of Bewsale, yeoman, to William Fetherston his brother for £60 for the performance of covenants in a conveyance from Thomas to William of the Close called Lyghtfylde and a medowe and grove now in the tenure of Margerie Walker, wydowe, and late of William Averey, and now of Elizabeth mother of Thomas, which John his father bought of Humphrey Conyngesbye gent. Witnesses: John Olduale, Richard Heither, Nycholas Byrde, Richard Weyle and Hughe Palmer. Dated 4 March 2 3 Philip Mary. Seal of red wax, circular, broken. R.H.
