Articles of agreement, indented, between Thomas Dilke, esq., William Bothe, Fisher Dilke and Richard Orton, gent., of the one part, and Thomas Marten of the other part, whereby the latter is granted the occupation of a house called the Lodge in Witton, co. War. for 3 years, Tyomas Marten agreeing to pay the first year 10s. and `20 couple of the best conies', the second year 20s. and 40 couple of conies, and the third year 20s. and 50 couple of conies, `the third parts of all the said conyes to be blacke conies.'
