James Leigh Perrot, Paragon Buildings, [Bath] to Rev. Thomas Leigh: Recites James Henry Leigh's current offer, £2000 p.a. for life of James Leigh Perrot and wife plus interest on £20,000 and £3000 lump sum, and bond from James Henry for payment of £3000 in 1813. Will accept if James Henry will grant next presentation to Broadwell and Adlestrop and provided proper security secured for payments if Thomas and James Henry predecease James Leigh Perrot and wife. Increase in income will increase standard of living; asks for favour of increased game provision from Stoneleigh to accommodate this.
