N. Busby, 9 Abingdon Street to the Hon. Mrs. [Mary] Leigh, Grove House, Kensington, re renewal of latter's lease and amount of rent paid to Mr. Magnollay. Praises condition of property during Hon. Mrs. Leigh's tenancy, and draft answer, 9 June 1800, giving rent details. Lease terms to be settled with Joseph Hill, Saville Row.
