William Okell, Arley, to Thomas Hill Mortimer, Albany. Mentions the half yearly accounts (not enclosed). Explains the large arrears are due to low prices received for cattle and produce, resulting in hardship amongst the tenants, who have drawn up a petition to send to Mrs. Leigh asking for rents to be lowered.
