T. Richards, the Vicarage, Leighton Buzzard to [William Henry] Lord [Leigh] Says an annual payment of £21 paid to him by the late Colonel Hanmer has been discontinued by the present Lord of the Manor and asks if he is not legally and morally bound to continue it.
