Draft declaration by Samuel Barnett, Upper Holloway, Middx., grocer, and Sarah Maria Barnett his wife as to being nephew of Josiah Barnett, Warwick, liquor merchant (deceased) and devisee of house and land at Claverdon under the will of the said Joseph (dated 26 March 1819; see DR 38/318); marriage at St. Pancras of 17/7/1837; one son Richard, born 9 June 1838, d. 11 November 1842 and that he, the said Samuel, is therefore entitled to the freehold of the said premises, now in occupation Darwin Galton, and free to convey the same. 16 November 1876.
