Reconveyance by Robert Fisher Tomes, Weston-on-Avon, gent., to John Brown, Cheltenham, esq., of farmhouse and premises at Kings Coughton, Alcester, mortgaged in 1855 by Richard Fisher to John Tomes as trustee of will of Robert Fisher, deceased. Robert Fisher Tomes was appointed additional trustee in 1857 and is only surviving trustee. John Brown is the surviving executor and trustee of the will of Richard Fisher, deceased.
