Description
Lease and release, the release being a conveyance by Richard Fowler, Aston by Birmingham, gent., commissioner under the Studley Inclosure Act 1817 to Robert Knight of Barrels, co. Warwick, esq., and Edward Cooper of Henley-in-Arden, same co., gent., his trustee for £124 of a small piece of common land in Studley. Signed: Richd: Fowler with seal.
