Description
Lease and release, the release being a conveyance from Richard Fowler,Aston by Birmingham, gent., Studley Enclosure Commissioner, to Thomas Blackburn of Spernal, same county, blacksmith and Thomas Spiers of the same, farmer, his trustee in consideration of £100 of a small piece of Studley Common.
