Indentures of lease and release, the release being a conveyance from Thomas Mathews of Birch Green in the parish of Severn Stoke, co. Worcs., yeoman, to John Parsons of Kemmerton, co. Glos., esquire, in trust as to one half for William Knight of Pirton, co. Worcs., yeoman, and Elizabeth his wife (one of the grand-daughters of Thomas Mathews) and as to the other half for William Savage of Severn Stoke, yeoman, and Mary his wife another grand-daughter of Thomas Mathews) in consideration of £40 paid by William Knight and William Savage of lands in the parish of Studley.
