Assignment by Robert Hunt of Feckenham, co. Worcs., gent., at the request of John Knottesford late of the Middle Temple, London, and then of Bridgetown in the parish of Alveston, co. Warwick., esq., and at the nomination of the Rt. Hon. Earl of Catherlough to Joseph Cruttenden, Surgeons' Hall, London, gent. reciting DR 36/20 and the indentures of lease and release mentioned in DR 36/24, of the residue of a term of 1000 years in a wood in the parish of Studley called Whitlench, in trust for the said Robert, Earl of Catherlough.
