Knight of Barrels

Description

Lease and release, the release of four parts being a conveyance from George Field late of Studley but then of Alcester, co. Warwick, yeoman, and Edmund Mumford of Dauston, co. Worcs., yeoman, at the request of Matthew Mills of Beoley, co. Worcs., esq., the Reverend John Bartlam, clerk, vicar of Beoley, Francis Edward Holyoake of Moreton Baggot, co. Warwick, esq., John Burman of Light Hall, Tanworth, same county, esq., Richard Morgan, John Reeve and Edward Morgan, all of Great Coughton, same county, gentlemen, seven of the trustees of the (Portway turnpike road) and on the nomination of Robert Knight of Barrels, same county, esq., to Sir Francis Burdett of Foremark, co. Derby, baronet, in consideration of £65 of a small piece of land (at Washford) in the parish of Studley in trust for the said Robert Knight, with covenant to produce deeds and schedule thereof.
